Prudential withdrawing from $35.5 billion AIA deal

HONG KONG (Reuters) - British insurer Prudential Plc announced it was withdrawing from the $35.5 billion deal to buy American International Group Inc's Asian life insurance business AIA, paving the way for a potential listing of AIA.
